Suggestions for improvement
- If raises aren't feasible within current budget, what about bonuses to retain employees who have been here for years?
I really like how the management I work for has encouraged me to complete my degrees and continue my education. They have also provided me with opportunities for professional development and technology education.
I think the compensation plans are too low and don't encourage productivity. I don't feel like I am always fairly compensated for my work.
Compliments were rare. Trust was only between certain employees.
Leadership was/is undereducated, was/is not aware of current technology, is not familiar with the job duties needed to perform director title tasks, and was/is unfamiliar with women in the work place as professionals. This therefore made my job harder to perform.
There was/is a division between individuals. A split for sure. Honesty was seen only in a certain circle of individuals. Teamwork only existed in the divided groups.
