Suggestions for improvement
- Better accountability for your Senior Management. Allow the line-level employees to give "performance evaluations" on their Supervisors. Currently it's only the other way around.
I like about the employer
They are good about keeping everyone informed about what is going on at the campus.
I dislike about the employer
Your chances for pay advancements are slim to none, therefore, you have NO INCENTIVE to do a good job. A lot of "dead wood" employees.
