Suggestions for improvement
- Evaluations of all employees, even management. More opportunities to interact in person.
People are very kind and giving, everything is relatively low key and it is nice to just come to work and be appreciated.
There is a serious lack of communication and sharing of vital information. Often many are completely out of the loop on things they need to do their job.
Providing high quality educational experiences for faculty, staff and students. Supporting education, research and community.
Too many silos. Growing to fast and not adding staff to support growth. One person doing the work of three people will cause burn out.
