Suggestions for improvement
- More structured expectations. The loose structure leaves most without a clear idea of where they stand. There is innovation, but it tends to go too far towards chaos than order.
What I like about the company
Competitive pay and intellectual bastion in the region. The people who are accumulated are each very intelligent and hard working. There are great opportunities to network with individuals within and outside the company. The diversity of opportunities offers amazing flexibility for career trajectory. The university is large enough to be intelligent in managing its resources, so they are not one whom will give into demands lightly. The culture is very open for sharing and growing ideas.
