Suggestions for improvement
- Stop taking away employee benefits. Start being more ethical with their medical cases and be more concentrated of who can actually benefit from a procedure instead of being concerns about numbers of procedures done.
What I like about the company
There are some health wellness benefit that the company offers which provide discounts to our insurance plans.
What I dislike about the company
Lazy people who don't do their job. For example, EVS is part of maintaining clean environment in the workplace. Some of the staff sits in hidden spots of the hospital on their phones. Some leave hand sanitize orders uncompleted for over a week even though they come by and take out the trash every shift. There are others who are supposed to be cleaning the floor and walk around with dry mop and no water in their bucket. Management of various departments are afraid to address these issues to other managers so many issues remained unsolved. There needs to be a better system to keep people doing their job instead of being on their phones all day long.
