Suggestions for improvement
- There are too many rules and policies in place to navigate. If there were not so many hoops to jump through, and work flow was streamlined money could be saved. Administrative requirements have grown tremendously over the years which requires more staff to implement and oversee.
What I like about the company
I like and get along well with the majority of people in my current work group. I believe our top on site leader is open and honest.
