Suggestions for improvement
- I would like to see a higher salary for non-managers and not have to pay for parking.
I have a lot of freedom to set my hours and self-manage my work. Work is interesting and has a lot of variety. My co-workers are generally friendly and supportive. Benefits including pension are good.
They don't provide me with sufficient support to employ me permanently. Some people are treated better than others with faster promotions, etc. Women get lower wages than men for the same work, although they are trying to address that with equity catch-up pay.
