Suggestions for improvement
- Offer compatitive and fair wage to existing staff so that new hire with no credential is not making more than a experienced worker who had been working for them for a long time. Management should listen to their subordinate of what is going on and not just satisfying users blindly.
What I like about the company
You get 24 days of PTO.
What I dislike about the company
No career development path. Lock in salary rate since you woukd be unionized. Management does not have a clear mission and goal. Not enough transparency to allow the worker to work with management
