Suggestions for improvement
There are really great and caring employees at U of L. They really try to instill a great company culture. Unfortunately management MID to upper don't really care about that and water the process down as much as they can.
Employees have very little contact with anyone except for their direct manager/supervisor.
Not that I've seen over all.
Flexible time off and work life balance
HR stealing vacation time, a years retirement, retraction of start date resulting in a week's work missed which also prevented a raise a year later, and preventing raises and promotions even approved of by my boss
