Suggestions for improvement
- Improved work life balance. Offer some free amenities to staff (there is a gym and parking but staff have to pay to access both)
What I like about the company
I have a supportive supervisor who lets me work independently but is there when I have questions. Praises the good work that I do.
What I dislike about the company
Work life balance needs to be a University wide policy, currently left up to units so it is not equitable. Child care would also be great. There is a center but it is not guaranteed to get in, it is expensive and the schedule they keep is not always conducive to staff work schedules.
