Suggestions for improvement
- Paid family leave, better leadership at the medical school
Every department is different.
Beautiful campus, great people.
An sense of not stepping out of your lane, inability to communicate new ideas, inability to do more than expected because it didn't meet professional development goals. I spoke with many people that had been there for years and they always advised to keep your head down and just do what you are paid to do and everything would work out well. That seems repressive to things that could benefit the school in areas that aren't always addressed because they didn't fall into a key metric.
