Leadership team often told Laboratory team to use their best judgement with problem solving skills as to avoid involving them. After implementation of these standards, employee's almost always would be pulled into the office and written up. Leadership would also then name people in daily huddle's as to publicly scold them and call them "show offs" instead of seeing their strive to go above and beyond for patient care. Leadership fails to resolve harassment issues between employees. Employee's are told to "stop being so sensitive".
With my co-workers, team work wasn't usually an issue.
