- Increase diversity, increase pay, increase benefits (parking is very expensive)
Boss and the department were extremely supportive and understanding during paternity leave and reentry.
None. My critiques would describe the state of academic research rather than UNC itself. There are still many strides to be made in terms of promoting diversity and support for women in the workplace and equal compensation.
