Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the people who do not know what they are doing and bring in HR people who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AS IT RELATES TO BRINGING SUITABLE EMPLOYEES ONBOARD.
What I like about the company
Did not like it at all. Was treated VERY BADLY by my Manager, who had NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS at all. People are put into positions that they do NOT BELONG IN, are backed up by their superiors who turn TWO VERY BLIND EYES to what is going.
