Suggestions for improvement
- Better hiring process and more of a culture within divisions
Being challenged in a helpful way! Excellent mentor ship! Diversity of training experiences and ability to take on leadership responsibilities and be autonomous in my various roles and responsibilities.
Salary should be more commiserate with roles and responsibilities
Very hierarchical; little to no respect for experience, only the degree and college you attended
Little to no direction provided my manager - more concerned with their own personal goals than employees
Backstabbing and passive-aggressive environment
Lack of direction implies autonomy...
