Suggestions for improvement
- Get in the trenches. Share the success with those you counted on to get there. Change the "occurrences" discipline policy. It is demeaning and unfair.

Generous days off, good support at HR level
I dislike about the employer
You are a number. Employees are NOT valued. Wait, UPMC doesn't have employees... Management is not hands on with employees and does not care who they use (and toss aside) to further their objectives.
