Support from Management
Supervisors don't Carr about or support staff, too busy working on their own political agenda.
Suggestions for improvement
- Start at the top, need all new management, cut useless higher ups and pay hard working employees better, provide better benefits, change entire culture or it will never be a good place to work. I didn't realize how oppressive and depressing that place is until I left and started working for a company that cares about employees.
