They push out the older employees so they can be replaced with lower paid employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get back to the basics of letting people do their jobs. Don't dictate because the employees don't learn how to manage.
What I like about the company
Pay and benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Company politics. You can be meeting all agreed upon goals but you are still mistreated. There are ineffective people awarded positions that many others would excel at except the company doesn't want to spend the money to move them. The values laid out by our founder aren't followed any more. The list is long and is still growing.
