Suggestions for improvement
- Drivers outnumber loaders THREE TO ONE... AND they work DOUBLE the hours. This mean for every dollar you take away from their $30+/hour salary: you can afford to give a $6 pay increase to a loader making $10/hour so they can make a comfortable $16/hour wage. Why?

I dislike about the employer
They outrageously overpay their drivers and outrageously underpay their package handlers.
