- Take meaningful action on the feedback received in exit interviews. Get rid of the people who are so close to retirement that they do not have the appetite or energy to make hard decisions to make things better. Hold managers accountable for the feedback received in the employee engagement surveys. Tie their bonus to it.
I like about the employer
I liked their commitment to community service. I liked their compensation package.
