  • I have already been instrumental in changing the culture at my workplace by letting It be known that I and everyone in the office is due respect.

What I like about the company

Friendly work environment where people are free to express themselves and contribute to positive change. Management does pay attention to employee concerns and complaints.

What I dislike about the company

Sometimes feel our hands are tied or we are unable to accomplish things due to red tape

Support from management

Leadership does not set realistic goals, because they do not understand the need.

Teamwork

No Synergy, a lot of potential but no practical application.

Freedom to work independently

Only interested in working on projects that have large capital gains.

Monthly meetings shared to discuss results that highlight the one department that may be achieving positive results but no discussion around opportunities to be better.

Gender Equality

Leaders only made leadership roles available to family members. Who are not qualified.
