There is a disconnect between Home Office and the field creating double work and frustration at the store level. The appearance is of a cohesive company culture that simply does not exist.
Support from Management
This varies store to store and district to district. Store leaders are chosen on seniority more often than on skill level. Also, the teams are relatively young so if the leadership isn't there the teams can really feel the impact on the morale. The support from the corporate and district levels felt minimal in Orange County.
