There was no trust by management. Poor communication and participation led to mistrust.
Support from management
No clear vision or business plan.
The employees had to figure things out and solve problems on the job with out support of management.
Freedom to work independently
Poorly ran company without much support from management.
The communication level was substandard. Management didn't listened to employees.
Women were treated at substandard at this company. Management always tried to intimidate employees.
There was no further with this company due to poor business practices and client retention.
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions were very poor and unsafe. Management minimized employee safety and exposed workers to unnecessary dangers.
This company was not socially adapt to the working environment of the employees.
There was no work balance with this company. Vacation and family life was frowned upon.
Employees lost money and valuable time dealing with this company. A lot of broke dreams and dead promises.
There was no job security everybody was looking for the next best job or opportunity to jump ship.
The employees had to look out for themselves of the job site. Management put profits before safety.
The employees worked very well together. The same could not be said for management.

This company always tried to manipulate employees in business opportunities with no benefit for the workforce.
