Coworkers are always pretty good.
Attitude towards older colleagues
An employee who expected to retire was fired for asking for a raise after being there for over 15yrs.
Unless you know someone in corporate or are family of the owners, you'll probably have the same position for the next couple yrs.
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits are so expensive you can't afford it. But the doctors get free insurance... Doesn't make sense?
No paid maternity leave, and no paid time off.
Working 3 days a week was great for students or mothers who need to be by their kids. It's a 13 sometimes 15hr shift working alone, with a 30min "(nonexistant) break". If your okay with that, then its the job for you!
Looks like a good company, but looks can be deceiving
Turn around is terrible
They're on a lot of corners
A providers wife got mugged at one of the clinics, they constantly have robbery problems. Employees are made to stay from 9pm or later to finish work. Need I say more?
They don't provide pepper spray nor proper outside lighting for you to get to your vehicle alone at 9-11pm sometimes. I suggest you buy some.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat people with respect.
What I like about the company
The hours were 3days a week
What I dislike about the company
They don't Truley care about their patients. Everyone is a dollar sign to them.
