The culture is rigid, old-fashioned managed by fear.
Support from management
The owner is very unprofessional with unrealistic goals and poor communication.
Each employee is afraid of being fired on a daily basis and therefore does not help it's coworker. There is no teamwork.
Freedom to work independently
To gossip and competition everything you do is known by everybody including the owner there is no one told me.
There is some good communication with the office manager but it has to be filtered before can be presented to the owner who's communication style is one of yelling and cussing.
Office / Work Environment
Things are not stocked. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom there is no hand soap there is no hand sanitizer there are no instruments to use there are no sutures, etc.
The staff is multicultural but the company is not socially aware
I don't believe and work life balance. You should want to work all the time always had nothing else.
The work is challenging, as is the atmosphere, there is never a boring time.
Inclusive / Diverse
No diverse city we all dedicate our lives to the company.

- Have a new manager take over. Clean the place up.
