There are many people who don't care about doing a good job. They are not willing to help you but they are quick to report your faults.
Level of Autonomy
The work load is not fairly distributed. There are very busy phones and most workers don't answer them. It seems like it is the same people who answer phones all the time and the person in charge either doesn't see it or refuses to deal with the fact that certain people don't answer the phone and that is ok.
