Support from Management
Manager/supervisor could never resolve in office issues.
Level of Autonomy
Some workers got more than others unfairly for years.
Poor communication between doctors and staff.
Cleanliness had been an issue with surgical equipment. Was reported and nothing was done.
Suggestions for improvement
- Improve management by hiring a manager with experience. Better communication with Staff and Doctors. And definitely no favoritism, which is prevalent in that office.
