Support from Management
My direct supervisor would help me but other than that, no support from upper managment.
Everyone that worked there was extremely unprofessional and managment did nothing about it

Workload was evenly distributed
There is company email for all employees that work at a desk. So communication was good
Members of different culturs and groups were not treated fairly
