- US Airways (Winston-Salem,NC)20.Nov 2015
During certain times of the year the atmosphere would fall. During the merger process trust in supervision dropped which ultimately led to my exit. Customers more than supervisors would be where the compliments came from.
Support from management
Supervisor requirements and expectations could be different depending on the supervisors ambitions.
Fellow employees were always willing to help when needed.
Freedom to work independently
This is a call center so this area really does not apply. There are different groups within the center itself designed for delegation of calls and work flow.
This would not be an ideal job for one parent homes. Some situations outside of your control can come up where child care can be a major issue ie a blizzard shutting down airports and employees getting assigned 14 hour shifts with no notice.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed the people I worked with, the benefits, and community involvement the most.
What I dislike about the company
I did not like the expectations changing from one supervisor to the next, and lack of trust during the merger process.
