Suggestions for improvement
- Keep civilians/Contractors on the job as they will have longevity to give the company since they won't be relocating every two or three years.
I like about the employer
Working as contractor still gave me the satisfaction of giving back to my country as if I was still in the military by training Cadets to become Officers and Leaders in the U.S. Army.
I dislike about the employer
The late notification if the contract was going to be renewed each year puts you on the edge of if you should be looking for a new job or waiting to see what happens.
