- U.S .Army Institute of Surgical Research12.Jan 2016
It is a very diverse organization.
Support from management
There is a clear definition of the hierarchy of leadership.
The military works well together to get the job done with few individuals.
Freedom to work independently
Some areas were hit harder when it came to the mission.
This is an area that requires work.
Sometimes certain sections were overworked but at the end of the day it was a job well done.
Attitude towards older colleagues
sometimes the scales shifted in one way or another.
Many soldiers were allowed to advance to the officer side or to be promoted.
Overall compensation for your work
Sometimes workers are overworked without compensation i.e..if work the weekend still had to work without getting an equal amount of time off.
Office / Work Environment
yes in certain aspects they were fine, but some areas of work required better ventilation.
Yes they were up on the times.
being military it still requires approval from the higher levels of office.
Great image very involved with setting community trends and giving back to family members.
Military always have job security.
In the public but only accessible by badge. The front desk crew is always providing their part to maintaining safety and security.
They are very safe have best safety officer in all of BAMC area. The safety monitors were very involved with providing a safe lab environment. The safest place in all of Ft Sam Houston to work.
Yes I was very honored to be a part of the USAISR and all the research areas of which I worked. I made a difference.
Inclusive / Diverse
There was input from all levels of office.
