I like about the employer
I was able to work at my regular civilian career and still be an active member of the Army Reserves for over 25 years. My civilian career employer was very supportive of the Army Reserves. I was rewarded many times over during my Army Reserve career, and sent to numerous advance schools and promoted in rank regularly. I retired after 25 years as a Army Reservist and will receive retired pay when I reach age 60, along with full medical coverage and access to all military base facilities including the Post Exchanges and Post Commissary.
