I work very hard for my job and I am well-respected in my organization. I get a decent salary with great benefits.
I really enjoy working with my team, and everyone supports each other no matter what.
Support from management
Overall, I mostly get everything I need to do my job well.
We are always encouraged to be honest and direct, no matter who you are talking to.
Freedom to work independently
For the most part, we get to work as a team or individually. However, there are times we get micro-managed.
Sometimes the communication channel is a little slow, so we don't get updates as often or fast as we should.
Overall, my organization treats us as equals. However, there are times when we don't get a certain job because we are female.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Our older employees are treated very nice, with well benefits and very much respect for being with the company for so long.
We are always encouraged to get promoted, do training, and do whatever we can do earn career progression.
Overall compensation for your work
I don't get a high salary, but my organization levels it out well with great benefits.
Office / Work Environment
I am not always in the best setting for work, but overall it is comfortable to complete my job.
My organization places a lot of focus on recycling and keeping the environment safe and clean.
The work-life balance can definitely be improved. My organization doesn't put family or personal life first.

We do not have a lot of employees with disabilities, so handicap accessible work areas are not very common in my organization.
I have a job where workplace violence or accidents happen a lot. It is not always the safest.

Diversity in our organization is well-respected, regardless of race, gender, or ethnicity. Various ideas and opinions are also welcome.
Suggestions for improvement
- I think our organization should offer all jobs to both males and females. Sometimes females are withheld from specific job training events because they aren't seen by management as being capable of doing specific jobs. I think my organization should stop being so diversified and open it up to everybody.
What I like about the company
I get to travel for free, and I have seen various parts of the world. I get great benefits for myself as well as my family. I have been offered free training and resources for me to get promoted fast in my organization. My team always encourages each other to do well, and we have a great overall attitude in my organization.
What I dislike about the company
I would say the higher-up management needs to stop micro-managing so much with the lower management employees. We are trained to handle all issues at our level, and we get paid to do that.
