I have thoroughly enjoyed working for the Army so far. We have multiple team building events to increase team cohesion.

Challenging while learning new things but lots of support allows us to catch on quickly.

  • Better contonuity and emphasis on supervisor duties.

What I like about the company

This company has been suppoetive of my family allowing me ti take time off when I need to care for my children. They have also given me different training opportunities.

What I dislike about the company

There are some inconsistencies as well as a lack of new hire training.
