Support from Management
Very little feedback. Never knew if I was doing well or not.
Suggestions for improvement
- Other than suggesting a more compelling trainer there isn't much I can say to change US Bank. Their culture does not value their customers. Doubtful that is anything they will fix.
I like about the employer
I like that they hired right away. I thought their 401k matcing was fair.
I dislike about the employer
Training was terrible!!! The worst training program ever! Most of all company also treated their customers so poorly. They didn't even try to hide the fact that they did not care about their customers. As an employee that left me with little confidence in how they valued me.
