We helped each other with workload.
The risk was loss of job because of age and or not meeting productions expectations which is way I am no longer at US Bank.
When I met and or exceeded expectations it felt good.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide couching when an employee has been put on probation for not meeting production expectations.
- An employee should be in a position they do best in. That was being considered at one point when I worked at US Bank in the Imaging Department but wasn't implemented.
