Support from Management
This is a very high paying clerical job with great benefits. The job is repetitious and somewhat boring; but I would not recommend for degree or non-degree to apply. A simple reason: the management team at the Bankruptcy Court are not very intelligent. Most supervisors there are high school level. They are very illiterate almost in everything; therefore, the lack of judgment and decision making can cause conflict and misunderstanding amongst employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Need to give the younger generation and/or college degree employees the opportunity to share the new ideas and their intelligence when it comes to suggestion and decision making. This is the key to success.
