They say you can promote within 6 months, but only if coach at time approves and coaches change frequently causing conflicting expectations.
Constant criticism given on calls taken, not much acknowledgment for growth or good doings as supervisors aka coaches always change. Company says it helps to receive other feedback but expectations change.
Suggestions for improvement
- Would be better to developer time to review emails that contain vital job performing information. Also coaches to be more involved on the floor and less critical and less parenting to their team. Should be more happy to help and ready to assist instead of being busy at their desks.
