Team leaders protect themselves at all costs. Several have sought out and punished employees' who responded unfavorably to anonymous satisfaction surveys. When an individual cannot be punished, the team is punished.
You will find two cliques of employees - those who have worked there for a long time and newly hired. Each group works well within itself, but the lifers have a "we don't do it that way here" attitude when a newbie speaks-up.
