Sometimes the work load was distributed to the Team Leaders favorites.

There was a lot of seniors. In my opinion they were treated equally, respected and very much appreciated.

We worked mostly in the field. The technical part was very good and the system that we used.

Suggestions for improvement
- Everyone needs at least two weeks of effective, proactive training.
What I like about the company
You made your own schedule and there was no micro managing.
What I dislike about the company
The Team Leaders were not trained well enough answer questions or lead in a professional manner.
