Company culture is poor, and the atmosphere runs similar to a dictatorship. Supervision more often than not likes to find fault rather than reward. One will find that you have to cover yourself more than trust anyone or any resource here. The culture is very abusive.
Support from Management
Leadership and management is poor. There is almost no consistency in this organization. Decision making and clarity are very poor and all logic is just about absent. There is more emphasis on looking good as opposed to doing good.
