Overall Compensation for your work
If it was possible, the rating would be zero or less for all categories other than compensation. Pervasive discrimination existed. Many individuals in supervisory positions lacked the education and experience necessary to effectively fulfill their jobs and provide proper leadership. In one section, employees tried to sabotage co-workers to get someone fired or obtain a promotion. Management did nothing about an employee who had a history of threatening to physically harm coworkers.
Suggestions for improvement
- The problems mentioned in my comment need to be resolved.
