Not supportive, need to improve on timebuilding and being flexible.
Most colleagues function independently 98% of the time until a back-up is required.
Suggestions for improvement
- I suggest managers who have a high turnover be retrained and their performance be frequently monitored by an unbiase committee, etc. Allow all the same opportunities for fair gain because all hired are working to accomplish the same agency mission.
