Many empty promises with little commendation for accomplishments.
Support from management
Horrible leadership. Poor chain of command set up and expect unrealistic results in inadequate time frames. Micromanaging of employees prevents creative and beneficial ideas or suggestions from employees.
The interaction between employees with each other and management is on a elementary school level. Gossip and childish attitudes prevent professional working relationships. Management is like having a mean teacher or principal.
Freedom to work independently
Some are bogged with more work than can be completed. While others barely do any work at all. Those who work hard and have more tasks then realisticly possible to complete are not recognized for their accomplishments or rewarded in anyway
Too many things are kept a secret.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Very few senior workers. And long term or high producing employees are not supported
The opportunity to advance is there as the turn around rate is so quick with the employees. If you can manage to deal with the environment and people then after 6 months can be promoted. But dont expect to be financial compensated even when told you will be for this advancement
Overall compensation for your work
Wages do not meet or match responsibilities. Benefits are minimal. Checks are on time
Office / Work Environment
While tech savvy and having all and any equipment needed is not an issue. Noise levels and lack of windows and proper heat and air conditioning make work frustrating

They expect you to make work your entire and only life. Vacation days are extremely limited. As are sick days. And even with them. Using them is frowned upon. While you are scheduled for a 40 hr work week if you do not work at least 50 or more hours regardless of your quality of work and completion status you are not considered a good emplotee. No regard for family and their well being which is sad coming from a family owned business. Peer pressure for working hours is high. As you are only recognized by hours there and not by accomplishments or work completed. You can do 4x the work as another employee in half the time. And have done it above expectations in quality and its more recognized to have been there for 13 hrs that day and have completed no work at all
Employees are constantly complaining or talking down about the company and other employees. Very poor image even to long term and short term employees
No stability. Employess change every 2 months

Suggestions for improvement
- Stop micromanagong your employees and have some trust and faith in them. Do not make empty promises. Sometimes you should recognize the value of your employees before its too late.
