Suggestions for improvement
- See previous answer. People with seniority get preference when that should not be the primary reason someone is gets a vacation or raise over someone else who may be more valuable and capable though newer to the company.
What I like about the company
Working remotely is good.
Healthcare is nice, but no dental.
401k match is good.
What I dislike about the company
Open air office = too noisy
People should be paid more if they are worth more to the company. Standard of living raises should happen every year or else I take a pay cut.
