Suggestions for improvement
- More empathy for the customer and give the good customers a break. Hire good people and let them do their job. Make the company culture one of support rather than finger pointing.
I like about the employer
Company represents several great products and is in niche market calling on municipal accounts.
I dislike about the employer
Management tends to micromanage and does not respect the customer. Management feels that all the customers are trying to cheat them and are reluctant to provide support to the customer when there is a problem. The good customers that have supported them over the years are generally charged the highest prices.
