Management does not praise employees, nothing is ever good enough.
Support from management
Upper management is not supportive and condescending.
Everyone does their own thing, really no team work.
Freedom to work independently
You have to be a drone to work in this culture.
Communication could use improvement.
It does not matter to upper management if you work 24/7, just so you get everything done.
