From my personal experience my site was ok and supervisor as well, the problem is that when my job became automation I was out of work and was never offered any other site to work at for the company, Although there were plenty of other areas that was closer to home for me, In my opinion why would you let a good employee leave and not offer them other alternatives?
Suggestions for improvement
- In this time and age why would a company that has a reputation such as this one would lose such a good employee. I have BA and working on MA, All, I have to say you guys have lost a good employee and could have been a asset to your company. Look over my profile from my supervisor and he will tell you what a good employee I actually were to your company.
- I don't believe in putting a company down but will tell you what needs improvement within the company. I did not have benefits because I was only part time working 12 hour shifts which I really enjoyed on the weekend.
