Suggestions for improvement
- Utilize the greatest asset you have which is your hourly employees. If respect them and make their job more desirable to come to they will make your company thrive.
What I like about the company
The pay was great for the work required.
What I dislike about the company
Incompetent management, lack of respect for employees, lack of personnel to do the jobs, lack of parts to make repairs, forced overtime upwards of 60 hours a week on a regular basis, failure to listen to employees when issues are brought up, I could keep going but I won't.
