Alot of old school supervisors that know how to do the job right but new management, higher ups along with a consultant company make horrible decisions.
Very very dirty and unhealthy. They pay good and have free insurance for a reason.
Suggestions for improvement
- Let the people who know how the steel business workers run this company and not an outside firm. Stop cutting maintenance's budget for cheap parts, no overtime when work is clearly needed. This company thinks it can save a couple pennies on buying cheap material and when a line is shut down for and extended time due to the cheap parts we use we lose big bucks but just a white collar trying to justify his job. It could be a great company if run by the right people.
