Support from management
There are multiple layers of management. Often feels that there are many bosses, and frequently, they don't communicate with each other. Employees are not trained and they are left to sink or swim without support.
The team is fun but they don't talk to each other. They schedule meetings that prevent work from being done more than they help better the work being done. The meetings are loosely directed and the information given in a meeting for example reports are not written down by management or documented anywhere so issues are forgotten, and there's no follow up or accountability
